1. STATION MANAGER
Role and Responsibilities in brief:This person is responsible for providing safe and secure flight handling to our customers, delivering high quality services at low service cost, providing the service delivery and aircraft handling process in his/her station for Air France and code share partners and third parties, keeping track of the quality levels and the targets agreed upon between the Regional Station Manager and/or the OAM (LOGEX) or the Country Manager / General Manager, coordinating due to activities on his/her station towards his/her manager and others vice versa, keeping in touch with the local (airport) authorities and the handling agent, etc. S/he is also responsible for the staffing of his/her station including recruitments and contract termination of local airport staff (if applicable in close concert with the Regional Manager, Area Manager or Human Resource Manager).
